Returns and Refunds Policy

30-Day Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving your order. To start a request, email aligraceads@gmail.com with your order number, the email used for the order, and a brief description of the reason for the request. Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.

Return Eligibility
For hygiene and product-safety reasons, wigs and hair products must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Hair must not be worn, washed, dyed, chemically treated, cut, or altered. Lace must remain uncut and untouched. We may request photos before approving a return.

Non-returnable Items
Customised or personalised products are not eligible for return unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Return Shipping
For a return requested for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If we confirm that an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will provide appropriate return instructions and support.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.

Order Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We can cancel an order only before it has been shipped. After shipment, the return process above applies.
