1. Nairobi & Environs (Same-Day Delivery)

  • Express Rider Delivery: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EAT are delivered same-day directly to your door or office.

  • In-Store Pickup: Free collection at our Nairobi shop during working hours.

2. Upcountry Kenya (24–48 Hours)

  • Shipped via Wells Fargo Courier or G4S Kenya.

  • Once dispatched, your waybill number and pickup station details are sent via SMS and WhatsApp.

3. Worldwide & Regional Shipping

  • East Africa (Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda etc): 2–4 business days via regional courier at a Reasonable Fee.

  • International Shipping: 3–7 business days via DHL Express or FedEx at a Reasonable Fee.

  • Step 1: Locate your Waybill or Tracking Number from your SMS/WhatsApp dispatch notice.

  • Step 2: For upcountry orders, enter your waybill on the Wells Fargo or G4S tracking portal.
