RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

1. 7-Day Exchange Window We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for manufacturer defects or incorrect items received.

2. Hygiene & Sanitary Requirements For health and safety reasons regarding human hair products, returned items must strictly meet the following criteria:

  • Uncut Lace: HD lace grids and frontals must remain completely untrimmed and uncut.

  • Unaltered Condition: Hair must not be washed, dyed, bleached, brushed out, or installed.

  • Original Packaging: Satin storage bags, security ties, and tags must be intact.

Any unit showing signs of installation, lace trimming, or chemical alteration will be rejected.

3. Refund Processing Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method (M-Pesa or Bank Card) within 3 to 5 business days following physical inspection at our store.
